Returns
If you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason please package your return very carefully and enclose the original invoice (or a copy) with the reason for your exchange or return. Send returns to the address below via insured delivery. We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping so be sure to insure your package.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries within Illinois. The tax rate on orders within New York is 6.75%.
Payment and Ordering Options
Orders can be placed thru this website or by phone. For phone orders simply call (309)781-9161. We accept Master Card and Visa and direct debit thru PayPal only. To send payment, log onto your PayPal account (or create a new one) and click "send payment". You will send payment to contact@rekindlecandle.com for the amount of your order total.
