Returns
If you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason please call us in advance. Once you have received the okay to return the item(s), package your return very carefully and enclose the original invoice (or a copy) with the reason for your exchange or return. Send returns to the address below via insured delivery. We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping so be sure to insure your package.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries within New York State. The tax rate on orders within New York is 7%.
